This individual was in a head on collision car accident Sunday morning. He Was pronounced dead at one point His major artery, the aorta connected to his heart had to be repaired. So he had an open heart surgery. Again this was on Sunday morning early hours. Recovery for the severityof this surgery is about 10 days in the hospital and 6 weeks bed rest. The hospital Actually released him Wednesday To the police and was taken to jail. This man has not received his proper Medical Care to recover. I don't care who you are or what mistake you have made every human being Deserves proper medical treatment. Family and friends fear He could be internally bleeding There are so many complications to this serious surgery. He can be Slowly dying. He was not given his meds, the Jail Does not have the proper medical equipment Or even able to provide the proper Medical Care this man needs. He needs to be readmitted and giving the proper medical care every person no matter what the situation is should have. This is no way legal or humane. Darnell

Darnell is labeled as an "ex-con" and media and the legal system are making sure that his name is out here as if he's a bad man. He was young and made a bad choice as we all have done. He paid his debt and became a changed man who has worked for a living, went to school, provided for his children and spent time raising them, he also was in the way to his own business. But since he was labeled that man was constantly harrassed, being pulled over by police in whoever car he was in, police laughing at him as if he will never amount to anything. Why were they treating him this way, we'll he was beaten by policeand was in the hospital so he pressed for a lawsuit, that's why. He had no idea that doing this he would sign his life over.

So this being done they make him out to be a no good man. Well he is not. He's treated like a criminal out he abusing others, hurting others, stealing whatever but he is a kind hearted caring man who would give you the coat on his back if you were needing.

This is a terrible situation he is in now all due to harrassment and fear that he would of been the victim being shot on the news and now this nightmare. He had no intentions on hurting anyone. And now lives with that.

His health I pray everyday will get better but it hasnt.

I don't think it's right that the law has put him through so much, treated him as if he has no rights, put him under the dirt with lies.

If you are a person of the Lord and you know no one has the right to be judgemental, no one can play God.

This man has went through enough and deserves to be free and left alone.

He won't be able to go back to his job since now he has a heart condition, he won't be able to do the activities and sports he did with his children. Give him so peace !!
