Dense land use often results in significant business activity and job creation, enabling cities to flourish.

Revitalizing downtown Jersey City with high-rise development would also serve as a multi-faceted solution for our growing city. With the increasing population, housing demand is up, and high-rise buildings offer a possible answer. Additionally, the new buildings would create numerous job opportunities during their construction and once they are operational.
