In a care setting, patients should be equipped with the expectations given to them by their care team.  Transparency can ensure a more accountable, and less hazardous recovery.  Sign this petition and offer your support to those patients who desperately want their voices heard.

Self-promotion is desperately needed where the concerns of the patient are too often overlooked.  You're in the psychiatric hospital.  Every day you ask yourself what the objectives of the care team are.  Your peace of mind depends on it.  Sharing goals may seem trivial, but they can facilitate cooperation without hostility.  The priority of information and the management of expectations can mean the difference between good health and poor health, between a good night's rest and a nightmare.

Now that the importance of transparency has been stressed, I'd like to introduce promotions.  Patient promotions are formulated in writing by the provider.  Promotions highlight the explicit concerns of the patient and are reflected on a slip of carbon copy paper.  The accuracy of these promos can be used to show negligence on the part of the doctor or care team.
