For over a year, the HOA board has neglected to address valid concerns from many of the community residents.  When these issues are presented to the management company, they are often deferred to discussions at scheduled meetings.  At the time of the meetings, the residents will voice the concerns in person, but there is never a resolution and the issues keep getting pushed to a later date or ignored completely.  This behavior has been witnessed by countless residents both physically in the meetings and also via web meetings.  Many questions regarding the permitting and funding for numerous community projects have come up and the board refuses to abide by the rules governing their practices regarding transparency in the Texas Property Code.  They are also not adhering to the processes outlined by the Texas Property Code for amending policies to our Covenants and By Laws.  By signing the petition, we can unite as a community and express to the board that a higher level of integrity is required to operate our neighborhood and remove the officials that have a history of incompetence in fulfilling their duties.  The residents pay their annual dues with the expectation that there is management done in good faith and in the best interest of the entire community.  This has been documented and proven time and time again to not be the case.  Now is our chance to get us back in the right direction.
