As concerned parents residing in Rochester, MN, we have observed a disturbing trend among our children. Overexposure to social media through constant use of cell phones is depriving them of direct human interaction and leading to increased anxiety levels. Our children are losing out on the essential skills that come from face-to-face communication and are instead becoming overly reliant on digital communication.
