We, the residents of the Rosehill Meadow subdivision, in Harris County, Texas, are deeply concerned about the overnight parking of commercial vehicles in our neighborhood. Our peaceful and appealing community is being disrupted by the presence of large 18-wheelers parked on our streets during nighttime hours. These vehicles not only detract from the aesthetic appeal of our neighborhood but also pose potential safety risks to children playing outside and pedestrians walking nearby.

Our petition seeks to urge our local county or municipality to post signs prohibiting such overnight parking within our subdivision in accordance with Texas Transportation Code Sec. 545.307. This measure will help maintain the residential character and safety standards we value so much.

We believe that this issue affects all residents equally; therefore we require at least one signature from each household but no more than one per residence. To make this change possible we need at least 25 percent support from owners or tenants residing in our subdivision.
