I am a resident of Kentucky, deeply rooted in the land that has nourished generations of my family. Our crops, our livestock, our very livelihoods depend on the natural resources we are blessed with - most importantly, sunlight. Yet, there is an increasing concern that threatens this vital resource - chemtrails and cloud seeding geo-engineering.

Chemtrails are long-lasting trails left in the sky by high-flying aircraft consisting of chemical or biological agents deliberately sprayed for unknown purposes undisclosed to the general public. Cloud seeding is a type of weather modification that changes the amount or type of precipitation that falls from clouds by dispersing substances into the air.

The National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR) has stated that while cloud seeding can increase rainfall by 5-15%, it also carries potential risks such as changing weather patterns and causing extreme weather events. Furthermore, according to a study published in Environmental Research Letters, exposure to particles from aircraft emissions resulted in 16,000 premature deaths globally each year.

These practices not only threaten our environment but also pose significant health risks for us Kentuckians who rely so heavily on our land's natural resources. The lack of transparency about these activities adds another layer of concern.

We urge lawmakers to ban chemtrails and cloud seeding geo-engineering practices across Kentucky immediately. It's time we prioritize our health and protect what makes Kentucky home – its abundant natural beauty nurtured by sunlight.
