People who live in Roayl Wharf have no parking facilities while the underground car parks sit empty.  As a disabled resident i am trapped in my house .Carers and family cannot visit and people including people with children can be imprisoned for days without seeing a soul.  Lockdown is over but I for one am still shut in every day because I cannot walk and there is  nowhere to keep a car while greedy Parking enforcement coin in thousands in tickets.  This means I cannot get shopping or go to the doctors and hospital appointments without getting taxis .  The underground car parks are empty because people cannot afford to pay thousands per anum to park there.  This has got to be changed  Notting Hill genesis need to revise this  .  it is ridiculous that the spaces are there but you cannot use them without paying money that people like i and many more do not have.  it causes undue sufferring for disabled elderly and Ill people such as myself.  theres not even any disabled bays in the street and all the land around is private so blue badges cant be used to yellow lines .  it makes it impossible to live here
