This is my story

I parked in an Excel car park Ebbw vale i paid to park and  i was in the bay correctly i used a disabled bay which i hold a blue badge. I have a few health issues and most days i get brain fog and i get forgetful so on the day i got a penalty notice i wasn't the best i got out the car and forgot to put my badge in the window i found the parking attendant should him the badge and put it in the window and i was told it was to late PN was generated and the details how to appeal was on the letter i appealed and got told declined i escalated to next level to be told declined i decided i will take it to court over the next few months their legal team send letter after letter we spoke to a solicitor and was told pay it you cant win why are they allowed to do their own appeals my mental health took a battering with threats from Excel so in the end i paid.

It is not fair they use bully tactics and a very unfair Appeal process so lets get this petition to parliament lets get a fair appeal system in place that is done out side the company.

Have you had a bad experience with Excel or other private car parks sign this petition lets get a more fair appeal. 

We need to get this petition to parliament these rip off parking companies needs to be stopped
