My aunt was wrongfully convicted of a crime that they had no evidence to convict her all they had was hearsay of the complaint, my aunt was charged with shooting into a residence. The evidence shows, that the bullet holes was there before the lady moved in just a few weeks earlier the bullets collected from the scene was not tested, & all the shell casings weren't from the same type of gun. When they brought my aunt in for questioning about the incident within the hour of which the complaint claim the incident happened she was drunk & they still took her statement however in the video of them questioning her you can see clear as day she drunk & she still is adamant about not having anything to do with a shooting, they just keep poking at her than she says "if you want me to say I did it than I did it" the officer says "no I dont want you to say you did it if you didnt do it " she than says "I didnt do it" no gun powder residue was found on her hands or clothing. The police that was on the scene of the crime stated he only saw 1 person in the house the whole time they were there investigating but yet she was charged with 4 people in the house than none of the police saw !
