I’ve been asking for a property for 4 years, and I know others who have been waiting just as long. It's disheartening to see that local families are being overlooked in favor of single individuals, criminals, and refugees. Our community deserves better. The council needs to realize the importance of providing stable homes for families first. If we become homeless, we risk losing our children to the system. This is unacceptable and must change immediately.
