Every night, over 37,000 veterans are homeless in the United States (source: U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development). Despite their sacrifices, many struggle with mental health issues and lack access to adequate housing and support services. Meanwhile, billions of dollars are being spent on less critical projects that do not address this urgent crisis.

Our government needs to reallocate funds to provide comprehensive support for homeless veterans—ensuring they have access to housing, healthcare, and job training programs. This is not just a matter of policy; it is a moral obligation we owe to those who have served our country.
