The police officers of Princeton, MA are facing a vaccine mandate. Non-complicance will result in termination as of March 1st. Many of our officers have been with us for many years. They know this town. They are assets to this town. And I can assure you that the list for new officers in this state is a dwindling one with all of the new laws. We WILL lose some to this mandate. Hiring takes time and replacing some of our best will not be a quick and easy task. Please, if you are not in agreement, call or email your representatives at town hall and make your voice heard. Time is of the essence as they will likely need to receive their first doses this week in order to meet the deadline. They have risked their lives daily for our safety. How far is too far. We suggest weekly testing and masking as an alternative to the vaccine.
