Biddle Real Estate Ventures and Prince William County Public Schools (PWCPS) has/have created a significant and negative impact on the residents of Potomac Shores and their families - multiple times, daily. Despite repeated outreach and complaint by residents of the community over a period of at least six months; there has been no observable effort made in finding a solution to this ongoing issue by the parties responsible (solely or not). This petition represents a formal notice and request to the aforementioned parties to find an immediate solution to the daily traffic caused directly by Potomac Shores Middle School at the intersection of River Heritage Blvd. & Woods View Dr. in Potomac Shores. This traffic not only causes delay(s), it may hinder emergency vehicles from reaching hundreds of families in an emergency. The signatories of this petition agree that an immediate change is needed for the health, security, peace of mind and overall well-being of their families and individually represent their household in this matter.
