Location: model town 2 and 3 Delhi. gates in parks have been changed.Now dogs cannt go in and come out. lactating mothers cannt go out once in to search for food not come in easily once out. even other adult dogs for that matter. is this constitutionally valid ?

Recentally a puppy got killed as he got locked out in the night away from the litter. The dogs are dying of hunger and  cold. Request for gates to be removed as its very inhuman and cruel to our already suffering furry friends. In so cold winter, they have been robbed of their home
