CURRENT PROBLEM

India has seen a rapid increase in the rate of women harassments and sexual assaults and even small kids are being subjected to such heinous crimes.

Government has taken significant measures in ensuring the safety of women by conducting several awareness programmes, 24*7 women helpline and several other measures.

Yet, in many parts of India women and even children are undergoing such violence every now and then. 

Need of this petition 

It is the need of the hour that every women and children need to be defensive. In addition to all the safety measures, defence education(for eg: karate, martial arts) should be made as a part of the school curriculum compulsorily.         

Every school should make sure that they have a professional alloted for training the students.

We request the Indian government and every schools to implement this scheme.
