People are abusing innocent animals and getting away with it. If a child is abused in anyway,being physical or verbal,the abuser when caught could receive jail time. The same level of punishment should be applicable in any case of animal abuse. The guilty person (s) should also be prevented from owning any other animal of any kind for life. Along with a serious and enforced law to stop Trophy Hunting of any animal all over the world along with justice for Cecil and her cubs that are left behind without a Mother!! Along with stopping the slaughtering of Marine Life such as Sharks,Whales and so on please it does not hurt to sign your signature becomes a voice for the ones who have no voice!!
