#Justice for Ramesh Subramanium

This battle is for my brother Ramesh who succumbed to Covid 19 this June against his employer Synamedia India Pvt Ltd., who denied him the right to serve his mandatory notice period of 2 months after forcing a resignation down his throat. The family was deprived of more than 1.5 crores of Insurance Compensation ( Medical , Life & EPF Insurance ) had he been just allowed the notice period of 60 days ( within which he lost his life ).

Even the Ministry of Labour - Govt of India �� has advised for settlement of the issue in my brothers case while the company is throwing in pittance as compensation( Rs. 2 Lakhs) for the blunder.

So many such cases of forcible “ Resign Today, get relived tomorrow “ violating even the basic offer letter contracts shouldn’t happen.

Government should take strict action against company and help us to claim what is deprived from us.
