Primavera Sound 22_Brunch on the Beach_REFUND

The Issue

Thousands of us purchased a quite pricy Weekend ticket for Primavera Festival. 

Every Weekend ticket included: concerts for the Weekend (1 or 2), concerts for Primavera a la Ciutat, and the Brunch on the Beach.

In the middle of the festival week, (some) received an email communication asking to reserve a seat for the Brunch, due to capacity limitations, despite already having bought a ticket. 

The problem is that:

  • Many received the email AFTER capacity for the Brunch was already reached.
  • Many didn't receive the email at all, so far.
  • Among those that received it, many still couldn't reserve their spot as full capacity was reached in half an hour. 

Bottom line: we are really disappointed with the organization and want our money back. Not to be mentioned that this came after well documented (even by national Spanish press) problems on the first day such as huge lines to access water and food, and dangerously overcrowded crews. 

We want Primavera Sound to understand that clients and music fans cannot be treated like this. Some of us even planned summer vacations around the festival, to make sure we could attend! 

We are asking for a refund due to the way we have been treated.
