Please help our community by signing this petition to PREVENT the white water rafting on Barren River. My father, Kevin Gidcumb, was one of the many lives that have been robbed from this river; if we allow our city to condone this excursion there will be so many more fatalities and tragedies in our town. The 7.8 million dollar project being implemented could be used towards SO many other much needed projects. Use your voice and freedom to save any other victims who may succumb to this watery grave.
