The devotees and priests of the Tadbund Hanuman Temple have been performing their evening bhajans post 9:30 pm every Saturday for over 40 years. These bhajans go on until midnight, followed by Aarti until 12:30 am. This has become a significant part of our faith and our community with more than 100 people frequently participating in these venerated rituals. During these moments and in this sacred atmosphere, we connect our souls to the gods and feel invigorated and at peace, thereby enabling us to face life's challenges with greater strength and clarity. Unfortunately, the endowment department has asked to close the temple at 9 pm, disrupting this important spiritual tradition. Such an action is seen as an interference in our faith and our right to practice it freely. We, therefore, petition that this decision be reversed, respecting the long-standing traditions of the Tadbund Hanuman Temple in Sikh Village, allowing us to continue with our spiritual activities uninterrupted.
