As someone deeply personally affected by the administrative actions and decisions made during Sadiq Khan's tenure as Mayor of London, I feel compelled to take action. The unfortunate reality is that several policies implemented have led to adverse effects on countless residents of London. Not only have these policies have negatively impacted the standard of living for many, they've also tragically resulted in preventable loss of life. It's estimated that crime rates in London have significantly increased during Mr. Khan's tenure, affecting innocent lives (Metropolitan Police Service data). It doesn't seem right that such a person, who has ultimately failed in his role to protect and serve the citizens of London, be honored with a prestigious recognition like a knighthood.
