A large development company is attempting to pass a rezoning of three parcels of land (over 20 Acres) along Old Apex Rd from the current spacious residential zoning to a dense multi-family zoning with the intention of building rental apartments with over 220 units.

This rezoning would be a veritable catastrophe for the surrounding neighbors and it is our job as members of the community to fight this and to persuade the Town Council to vote no on the rezoning.

We must act now, before it is too late. If the Town Council passes the rezoning, the developer will be able to build these ultra-dense rental apartments or anything else that they choose within the new zoning.
