I am one of the many students in Agusan Del Norte, Philippines who are deeply concerned about Kim Lim's proposed transfer to the Humanities and Social Sciences (HUMSS) track. This decision is not only personal but also has a broader impact on our educational community. Transferring and course shifting often leads to confusion among students, disrupting their academic progress and causing unnecessary stress.

According to a study by the Philippine Journal of Psychology, frequent course shifting can lead to academic underperformance due to adjustment issues (Philippine Journal of Psychology, 2018). We believe that this potential transfer could have similar negative effects on both Kim Lim and other students in our school.

We understand that everyone has the right to choose their path. However, sudden changes like this can create an environment of instability that affects us all. Therefore, we urge the relevant authorities at our school in Agusan Del Norte to reconsider this decision for the sake of maintaining a stable learning environment for all students.
