We want the potential for unisex public bathrooms to remain open. John Becker says, 

“Why isn’t this real simple? If you have male genitalia, you go in the men’s bathroom. If you have women’s genitalia, you go in the women’s bathroom. It’s unfortunate that legislation might be necessary to enforce common sense but that’s the world we live in.”

However, this places transgender and gender nonconforming individuals in danger in Ohio. We're not asking for compulsory unisex restrooms, we're asking that it remain legal to have unisex bathrooms in the state of Ohio.
