We are immensely disappointed to learn that the Ministry of Forests has granted the permit and UBC plan to cone the bald eagle nest tomorrow, Wednesday 14 September: https://www.ubcproperties.com/news/ 

UBC and Polygon Homes have refused to engage with or respond to the nearly 18,000 of you who have signed the petition in under a month, despite their supposed commitments to environmental responsibility. The Minister of Forests and our local MP / MLA have also ignored us.
