My sister Bianca Nicole Center was recently killed in an auto accident due to the opposite person failing to yield the stop sign on this intersection. My best friend, my role model, my rock. She was so loved and so young. She was only 23 years old with SO MUCH ahead of her. She was on her way to work. A job she was making a career out of. And now, because of this death, this intersection, she will no longer be able to live through her career. 51 deaths in this year of 2022 have already occurred on that road alone. 47 deaths in the year of 2021. Numbers have risen and will continue to rise. It is time to prevent any more deaths. So many loved ones! Beautiful souls taken all because the economy has failed us. And the economy will continue to fail us if no one takes a stand. PLEASE help me bring justice not only to my family, not only to my beautiful sweet, young soul of a sister. But to the many families who have also lost a loved one due to this deadly intersection. Families who did not deserve this pain. The city of El Paso needs to make a change. Enough is enough.
