Venture investors are joining the call from LinkedIn co-founder Reid Hoffman to adopt a "Decency Pledge" after women spoke up of the sexual harassment their faced. In this wave of VC firms expressing their respect for this rule of ethical conduct, several resignations mark this week. Binary Capital co-founder Justin Caldbeck resigned after six women accused him of sexual harassment. Dave McClure, founder of business mentorship program 500 Startups, resigned on July 3 amid allegations of sexual harassment. There are more organizations involved in early investment of tech in the spotlight with allegations of improper conduct. Change.org has featured Nathalie Gosset, woman in tech, who has alleged sexual harassment and retaliation from the Executive Director of the Alfred E. Mann Institute at USC. The problem is much larger than people know in the world of early investment, tech accelerators, and spinoff incubators. The "Decency Pledge" should be adopted by all. Nathalie Gosset is represented by Lisa Bloom, Esq., powerhouse women's rights advocate. @USC #DecencyPledge @lisabloom
