Lisa Bloom made the impossible happen, to unveil a major cover up of sexual harassment. Can you believe that Fox News had known for 14 years?
What about the University of Southern California?
Nathalie Gosset, woman engineer, is represented by Lisa Bloom in an arbitration case against the University of Southern California for sexual harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination.
Nathalie Gosset trusted that the USC Human Resources representative, Susan Cooper, who has been at USC for 35 years, would follow protocol when Nathalie alleged a bullying attack and intense sexual language from Jon Lasch, Ph.D, the Executive Director of the Alfred E. Mann Institute at USC who was her boss.
Instead, Nathalie lost her job. Jon Lasch is still working at USC.
Nathalie is a serious employee : IEEE 2099 Engineer of the Year and recipient of many awards from technical societies.
Lisa's message in this video is clear. Speaking up was critical. She was hoping for calls that would reveal more situations. Then she fiercely protected the ones who spoke up. The power of the group brings clarity about what is really happening. The truth prevails.
Please share this update and raise the awareness of Nathalie's experience at USC because Women in STEM matter.
