Red- tagging- the labeling of groups or individuals perceived to be critical of the government as “communists” or “terrorists”. Instead of maligning and endangering people for the lawful exercise of their freedom of expression, the government should seek to address legitimate criticism of its policies and practices.

It is our right to be vocal about our opinions and advocacies and this reckless and baseless red-tagging jeopardizes must stop because it is not only for our safety but for the peace in society.
