Due to continued icy conditions it is still not safe for students to be on campus. They have already tried to reschedule and it is making a mess out of peoples schedules.  They cannot put work, children and their lives on hold just to come make up a final when it finally thaws out and become safe.  Also many students already have expensive plane and bus tickets home.  And making them lose that money or pay ridiculous fees to change them isn't fair.  We have Blackboard we need to ultilize it.
