Currently under the law there are male victims by female perpetrators that are not considered rape victims under the definition of the law.
This is not about frequency, nor about who gets it worse. It's about legally being represented because even one victim deserves justice to call it what it is.
Rape. Currently the definition only includes the word "penetration" which includes victims of both male and female but omits completely female perpetrators except in rare cases where the woman uses an object or finger.

This is to, at the very least, spread awareness and hopefully taken seriously by the decision makers that this addresses.
Everyone deserves justice No matter how small the percent, every man woman and child.
