Petition updateTell Congress to Make Employee Bill of Rights into LawIs a recession incoming? Will it hurt recent union victories?

With the news starting to talk about a possible recession on the horizon, I wonder how this will affect Unions ability to protect their workers.

They've had so much success lately, but they also have the worker shortage that has been pushing companies to the bargaining table. Unions have leveraged this to their advantage. Workers won better wages and better working environments.

If the tables turn, however, companies will use a job shortage to force workers back into terrible pay and overwork like they did in the recession of the 1980's.

The only way to stop this is to codify employees rights into law. Until the exploitation of workers is illegal, companies will continue.

Without guarantee of living wage, sick days, etc. workers will have no legal recourse or protection.

Please sign and share my petition for an Employee Bill of Rights. Tell your union, state/federal congress people to advocate for it. Please donate if you are able to. Thank you for your help!
