To The President of The United States, The United States Supreme Court, Governors, and The United States Congress/Senate and the International community of United Federation:

Summary: A self-defense law, put protectors over predators and re-direct billions of tax dollars to affordable federation and higher education plus shelters/housing not unjust convictions, reacting out of self-defense or protection and love for neighbors or family/friends.

Objective:     We The People of California are Californians for and in favor of The Guardians Grievance ("Protectors Justice") Act Campaign. We request you grant with immediate state and federal compliance this petition, entitled the "Guardians Grievance Act". All citizens and federal/state employees or employers, in the service of America will ensure all lives with constitutional rights, end abuse of authority or abuse of discretion, and have to abide by this petition and are not exempt to any and all the conditions of this enactment, presented by the United States of American People, of California, in the United States of America.

The Guardians Grievance Act Campaign is organized by a small group of local community activist petitioning, a SELF-DEFENSE law. The founder of Prop 47, and who helped canvass/phone bank for, ("The Californians For Safe Neighborhoods & Schools Act") which was passed in the state of California, on November 04, 2014, is one the major supporters and also founder of this initiative, along with the International Volunteer Corps Peace Protector Agents. The petition was first introduced in January of 2015 & Now Is Being Re-Introduced To Ensure Safety & Justice in January of 2021 to the new leaders.

This law, The Guardians Grievance Act, would ensure civil rights to all International community and the American people, prevent serious and violent crimes committed by sexual predators. This incentive would provide protectors ("guardians") with the right of probable cause in equal citizen's self-defense and justice against, the below 8 crimes or predator offenders:

multiple attackers (not including arrest from law enforcement or military), ALL rapist, ALL molesters, ALL pedophiles, child endangerment (not including abortion rights), ALL human-trafficking of minors and adults, all domestic violence and all hate crimes (including racism, reversed-racism, homosexual/"L.G.B.T" bashing, all harassment/bullying, any of the above crimes and police brutality/military abuse or anyone in the service, such as our United States International agents, or an employer in ALL workplaces). These 8 bold crimes will be subject to punishment, as felony charges and will be subject to a citation fee of $100,000.00 to the offenders and accomplices, and be paid in full to the International Volunteer Corps, LLC for purposes to End Human Trafficking (Internationally) for equal protection and world peace. We want to prevent support of these true crimes and to end a cycle of there continuous domestic and foreign terrorism.

There also, will be billions of tax-payers money re-directed (from prisons/jails in America to higher education And other countries (where our most needed K-14 public schools and communities need them, providing those programs with A-G college preparatory courses and for other educational purposes, beneficial to our students advancement in college degrees and vocational certificates and/or the end of mass incarceration and re-direction to open-door shelters but secure transitional living for America’s And the worlds’ homeless issue)) This Enactment would activate that our International and Federal Government immediately prosecute sexual predators in the force or obtained in custody to death or there be a mass releasing/over-turning, of those double jeopardized (in a sense), including ONLY protectors or the low level non-violent crimes that have been  incarcerated as inmates yet reacted in self-defense (NOT including sexual offenders), were unjustly convicted (many protectors are charged with life sentences) and/or protected their loved ones (children or anyone in need of protecting) against the above 8 perpetrators.

These unjust convictions have actually provided protection and a service, that our "justice system" has failed them and thousands of Americans and International communities along with hindered families. The protectors are deserving of a second chance, as the prop 47 in California of 2014 offenders and our actual guardians (protectors) in the service and government should honor these citizens. Set the “Guardians/Protectors” free and prosecute predators accordingly. They are truly protectors and should be justified before predators. Predators do not deserve to live or get free passes out of jail due to terrorizing our communities. We would like the Protectors to be immediately released and for our funding from taxing to go to education or housing instead of their punishments. We only need one jail in each county or region of operation.

The Guardians Grievance Act has been a serious overlooked issue for our American and foreign communities for centuries and must be implemented, as soon as possible. The Guardians Grievance Act will bring correction to our society, enhance family unification, penalize true sexual predators to isolation (to ensure safety of non-sexual offenders, serving less serious crimes) and mandatory life sentences or death penalty to adult sexual predators (bringing forth justice for the families dealing with trauma and pain from their predators crimes, daily, for the rest of their lives. No one should go without justice or not be avenged by a hypocritical system and we do not want to be living as false peace protectors), we will have safer communities (inside and outside of prisons/jails, from fairness and a true justice system for all citizens/inmates), billions of annual dollars for higher Federation education and the best shelters will help provide true protector's with overdue justice ("grievance"). #VictorsFirst

(The sexual offenders "lenient period" of 5-10 year sentences minimum are from ages 13-16 years old or younger, with mandatory sexual offenders registration and programs of mental health reform, life skills assistance, and an United Nations/Federation taught mindset or rehabilitation. All adults, who commit sexual offenses, 17 years and older, will be subject to maximum punishment, which is isolation, a life sentences without parole and possibly, death).
