Every day Russia inflicts airstrikes and long-range missile strikes on the Ukrainian civil residential areas from the territory of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus in violation of all international treaties and conventions.

Consequently, more than 2,000 civilians have died since the Russian attack on Ukraine. It has become obvious to the whole world that the person who controls the Russian Federation and its commander-in-chief is mentally ill and completely inadequate.

Putin issued a so-called "fake news law" and all independent media have been closed in Russia. He declared that any assistance to Ukraine would be regarded as the participation in the war, and Poland has refused to provide planes and airfields. What if tomorrow he declares that any statement in the foreign media in support of Ukraine will be treated as participation in the war against Russia? Is the world going to silence themselves?

Putin's actions and decisions are not based on objective reality. To implement them, he himself uses misinformation and far-fetched reasons. If he wants to start a war with other countries, he will create a reason for this.

So, we call on the leaders of the entire civilized world to provide Ukraine with:

• Modern air defense systems;
• Military aircraft;
• Offensive weapons for the liberation of the territories currently occupied by Russia.

These can be provided as a loan or on a lease for the duration of the war.

The world leaders must address their military people with appropriate qualifications to control the above listed weaponry and systems and to join the ranks of the Ukrainian Foreign Legion as volunteers.

We call on the European states to provide their airfields for the Ukrainian air force and to open their airspace for the transfer to and from the combat zones.

We also call on combat pilots from all over the world to join the Ukrainian Foreign Legion as volunteers and help defend the Ukrainian skies from the Russian invaders.

If the state leaders refuse to help Ukrainians to close the sky, then we demand that the following areas be recognized as combat zones, even if they are located on the territory of other countries (for example, in the Republic of Belarus):

• All airfields from which the Russian combat aircraft missions are carried out
• All long-range weapon launch areas.
