This Petition Is for the release of Cornell after he serves his mandatory sentence of 10 years which he has only 2 more to go. He was sentenced to 16 years 10 mandatory for MDO. He is a first time non violent drug offender, is currently serving time at Richland Correctional Institution and has been on good behavior since his sentence. 16 years is a harsh sentence for a first time offender.
