1)�Federal Funding Nation Wide for All State and County Law Enforcement to have a Missing Persons unit and for them to have all resources and Equipment to make Missing persons a priority.

2) �If a department does not have the resources they have to transfer a Missing persons case right away.

3) �Harsher Penalties for Human trafficking and Kidnapping.

4) �National HD Television station to run continuous Missing Persons Flyers

5)�Each unit to have a Phycologist available for Missing persons Family

6)�More Laws to be added to this Bill.

My name is Jason J Oehling, Friends of mine and I are uniting together to help Missing Persons. I myself have a Missing Daughter named Kaylene Oehling. Kaylene has been missing more than a year. Etna Pennsylvania Police is the department who had my daughter's case in the first 6 months kaylene was missing. Not only did the District Attorneys Office state that Etna waited until March 13, 2020 to put Kaylene in the system as a missing person when my Missing daughter's daughters mother Reported Kaylene missing January 12, 2020. I followed up with an email to the Boroughs Manager, Mayor, And Chief of Police so it was on black and white proof. I begged the department to transfer my daughter's case weekly. Finally after 6 Months on June 15, 2020 Etna police finally transfered my daughter's case to County Detectives. There is Suspects in my daughter's disappeareance but it is hard for County to file charges because if getting the case to late. Etna not only had a Street potralman on my daughter's case from the beginning when they could not make my daughter's case a priority. NOW ACCORDING TO COUNTY POLICE IT IS BELIEVED MY DAUGHTER IS NOT ALIVE ANYMORE AND THEY HAVE SUSPECTS IN MIND. Now if Etna would have transferred this case from the beginning my daughter could still be alive or Law Enforcement could have the evidence they need for an arrest. 

THE LAW NEED TO CHANGE, THERE ARE OVER 600,000 PEOPLE MISSING A YEAR, THIS IS NOT EXCEPTABLE.
