The Yulin festival is an inhumane annual event where the Yulin people take (some steal household pets) dogs where they are CRAMMED in small wire cages and travel long distances with no food or water. They torture the dogs, boil them alive, bash them, skin and burn them alive, slit their throats and are picked up around their necks as if they were a rag doll. This vile festival started in 2010 and is on the 21st of June every year. Last year global pressure was put on the city of Yulin and they vowed to not support the event but it still went ahead. Authorities attempted to cancel it but investigations showed that it was still under way.

The Bok Nal festival is the exact same as the Yulin except it is placed in South Korea and lasts for 21 days during the summer. These dogs are put into soups and stews and is absolutely grotesque and a major health risk. Why do they eat dog? They say it is culture and "cools the body down" which has NO scientific evidence.

These dogs watch as others have their throats slit, we need to save our scared companions. Imagine having your dog stolen from you to be put in torturous conditions. It will be happening AGAIN this year, sign before it is too late!
