We, the undersigned Sangguniang Kabataan Federation Officers and Members in Lapu-Lapu City wish to bring to your attention our grave concern about our PPSK President Hon. Laika J. Tampus.

Despite our full understanding of the disciplinary authority over this matter as provided under the law, we still would like to bring this matter to you as a competent authority.

Hon. Tampus has seriously failed to perform her duty and function as our President. Because of this, the Pedarasyon has failed to discharge its mandate, to the prejudice of its members.

After giving her more than enough chance to truly serve the youth in our city, Hon. Tampus has shown no hint of redeeming herself. In fact, she has gotten worse.

Hon. Tampus has failed the youth of Lapu-Lapu City.

We cannot allow Hon. Tampus to continue her irresponsibility. To allow her to hold the position as President longer is an injustice and a fatal insult to this city’s young constituents.

For the sake of the youth’s welfare, Hon. Tampus should immediately resign as the President of the Pederasyon.
