We need a animals protection law

It is extremely unlikely the man will be arrested at all. Because animal abuse is not a crime in China. This is just one animal abuse of very, very many in China everyday, and this is actually the "nicer" ones. Far, far worse animal cruelties exist in China, and none of it is a crime because there is not a single animal protection law in place, therefore since the law doesn't exist it cannot be broken.

 

China consistently ignores the cries of its own people who are calling for animal protection. The Chinese activists are trying to get us, the international community, to see their plight, so we must expose it for the world to see the lawlessness and animal abuse that the local activists have to deal with. The international community must see the horrific animal abuse China allows and help the local activists by urging China to create animal protection legislation.

 

This should be stopped and until and unless these abuser gets arrested, nothing will change. I support maximum penalty to these worms of hell.
