On March 02, 2020, Paul Llewellyn, Executive Secretary of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Canada, signed a trespassed notice banning me from all Seventh-day Adventist Churches and properties, across Canada. This action was taken without any consultation from local S.D.A. Conference executives or church members. I was also not advised of this trespass notice prior to it being issued. To date, no explanation or reason has been given for this unprecedented trespass notice; however, it is believed to be in response to a dispute I had with a close friend a month earlier. Recently my former Pastor, Clarence Baptiste, passed away, and funeral services will be held at the Apple Creek S.D.A. Church. I will not be able to attend this important funeral service because of this trespass notice. I am creating this petition to have the trespass notice rescinded, and to have an investigation started as to why the notice was issue in the first place. I have been an active member in the Seventh-day Adventist Church for over 40 years, participating in church services through music, preaching, and Bible studying. Being told you can't go to your church, anywhere in the entire country, has been devastating.
