 A 4-year-old student being allegedly sexually assaulted by the Physical Training teacher of her school.The incident occurred at the reputed GD Birla School in South Kolkata on Thursday.On reaching home the mother noticed blood marks on her uniform.The victim was allegedly MOLESTEDin the toilet by her PT teacher (AVISHEK RAY & MOHAMMAD MAFIZUL) and sexually assaulted.The girl then broke down and narrated the horrific incident to the police personnel.She has been MOLESTED and PHYSICALLY ASSAULTED with a promise of a chocolate and taken to the school toilet where she was also forced to watch pornography.

Two  aforesaid Physical Training (PT) teachers of the GD Birla school of Kolkata were arrested in connection with the alleged sexual assault of a Kindergarten student.The two have been charged under Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.

The aforesaid culprits can be charged under Section 3 (B) & (C) of the POCSO ACT. i.e a charge of PENETRATIVE SEXUAL ASSAULT (Penetration that is peno-vaginal, peno-oral, peno-urethral or peno-anal, fingering or object penetration)

The maximum punishment under POCSO Act is lifetime imprisonment. The trauma which the child is facing have also violated the clause b of the section 2 of The Mental Health Act,1987.

Let us sign this petition to place a humble appeal to the respective authorities regarding  an amendment in the POCSO Act,2012  so that this two culprits can be served a capital punishment and let this be a lesson for the perverts and the hooligans of India.

I request all the sound minded members of the society to sign this petition and at the same time I just place a humble request to the decision makers to kindly consider the matter regarding amendment of the POCSO Act. This two accused have not only molested a girl but have doomed one childhood.Being a responsible organization of our country I, Amlan Biswas being the secretary of Concern For Human Welfare have full faith in the judiciary system of India and at the same time I keep a humble faith in my mind that our judiciary system will set a remarkable example by sentencing a capital punishment for the culprits
