AN APPEAL FOR RELEASE AND REFUND OF N23.7 BILLION FROZEN NOSPETCO INVESTORS FUND.

AN APPEAL FOR RELEASE AND REFUND OF N23.7 BILLION FROZEN NOSPETCO INVESTORS FUND.
The Issue
(1) We are over 14,000 investors in the defunct NOSPETCO OIL AND GAS COMPANY whose total funds of about N23.7 Billion Naira was frozen/deposited in Central Bank of Nigeria since 2007.
(2) For 13 years, We are made to embark on an endless legal proceedings by a few of us, Messr Matiluko & Badejo. Who turned out to be our undoing. A huge sum of about N107 Million Naira was collected/extorted from vulnerable investors which caused rift, due to unsatisfactory sharing formula, amongst the seeming dishonest factional leaders. At Supreme Court, they were advised to reconcile and present a common front but having being overwhelmed by greed, they refused to heed the advise and believing that the extortion is continual.
(3) Unfortunately, most investors are not only dying, suffer stroke but also withdraw their children from school for lack of funds. We are therefore encouraged by your kind disposition and hereby humbly crave your indulgence to please intervene, as the custodian of this frozen N23.7 Billion Naira, and release/refund the money to the individual investors via their various Bank account already supplied in response of the CENTRAL BANK OF NIGERIA ADVERTORIAL In the Guardian Newspaper of Tuesday February 12th, 2008. We do not have any voice except for this medium of appeal to your good selves and it is strong belief that you will come to our aid and save us from this 13 years of untold hardships. Please find below investors signatures to authenticate our above claims. Thank you immensely for your anticipated kindness and thoughtfulness.
Thank you.
