There have been far too many incidents of discrimination and unfair treatment at Meredith College.

Meredith has many policies that seem to target minorities. Students are being sent to Honor Council for violations they haven’t committed, the administration is allowing white students to look down on and discriminate against BIPOC, and they are not making scholarships accessible for all students to utilize to help pay for tuition amid the pandemic.

We demand a change in policies that allow for unfair treatment to occur. We demand that faculty members listen to students and ALL they have to say without students having to fear punishment or being silenced. We do NOT want an email saying that our complaints are heard, we want changes in the policies.

Many students are transferring out because they do not want to receive an education from a corrupt institution.
