On the 20th anniversary of 911, 50 U.S. Universities were organizing a dismantling Hindutva conference.  What!! Shouldn't we be focused on dismantling terrorism from the United States? What problem are they solving with such a conference targeting one of the oldest religion of the world that thrives on creating peace and order?

Why were over 50 U.S. universities, including Stanford, Harvard, Princeton, New York University, Cornell and Northwestern University, involved with organizing an anti-hinduism conference September 10-12, 2021?  Organizers of the conference seemingly promote anti-Hindutva in social media and in their classroom. A key note speaker at the conference has smeared the Hindu God Ram. We are peace loving and tolerant - does not mean that our religion and Gods are smeared for no reason. 

Why should anyone find it easy to be condescending with our Hindu religion and traditions?

Why are U.S Universities collaborating against a religion of the world with a billion followers that sees everything and everyone as part of the divine manifestation - a religion that  promotes vegetarianism, protects animals and vehemently opposes terrorism. A religion that promotes the concept of  "the world is one family," and brotherhood as we are all inherently one. This progressive religion says that no one is higher or lower based on birth - the foundation of dharma -   that was the very foundation of our great country too.

Today, Hindus on University campuses are being bullied and are witnessing increasingly anti-Hindu hate crimes. This hate culture is NOT American.

Please protect Hindus from being subjected to hatred and bigotry.

Please speak up against it and sign a decree against Hinduphobia and against Hindu attacks in our country.

You called standing against hatred and racism, that "ugly poison that has long haunted and plagued our nation," is what brings Americans together.

It is time you sent a strong message to stop the hatred and the bias.
