President Barack Obama, please come to the renaming of PS34 in your honor

The Issue

What an honor to have a school community who wants a school to be named after President Barack Obama. For months the community has come out, signed petitions and spoke in efforts to getting PS 34 in Jersey City NJ named after President Barack Obama. On October 20, 2016 the school board members voted yes to the renaming of PS 34.  We are now asking President Obama to attend the renaming of PS 34 in his honor. #StandWithPS34
