I love my sandwiches at Jimmy John's, mainly due to the crispy jalapeños that give them a crunch that is different from regular chips. This unique item sets Jimmy John’s sandwiches apart from what other sandwich shops offer. All of my friends get the crispy jalapeños on their sandwiches and they are my favorite part about my Jimmy John’s usual sandwich. Unfortunately, Jimmy John's has decided to turn a blind eye to customer satisfaction by planning to get rid of this beloved ingredient. The new management has been lovely up until this point, which frightens me about what else is to come. Let's unite and persuade Jimmy John's to reconsider this decision, for the happiness of their customers. Do it for the community that loves and supports Jimmy John's and enjoys the crispy jalapeños.
