This is Not Over!!! We are hearing this from ATV Enthusiasts who want to ride the Confederation Trail day and night, summer or winter, legally or illegally. And they are Right! The study by the Dept. of Transportation continues with all information collected being accessed and presented in the spring of 2024. The Department of Transportation is NOT bound by this house vote, so they could act on whatever they find.
