Canada, renowned for its cultural diversity and acceptance, is facing a historic challenge that risks overshadowing our shared identity and values. We propose a balanced approach that honours Canadian heritage while still embracing multiculturalism. Schools can display additional flags alongside the Canadian flag to educate and represent diverse cultures, without removing what unites us all.

We call upon the Ontario Ministry of Education to mandate the display of the Canadian flag in all public schools. This mandate should ensure that while diversity is celebrated, our Canadian identity is not discarded. Flags of other cultures can coexist without compromising the integral symbol of our nation.
