It serves as a vital place for our community to donate and purchase affordable clothing items.

The current plans to close The Block and Bthrifty to make way for new apartment buildings are not only disheartening but also overlook the cultural and social significance these establishments hold. Annandale’s rich diversity is greatly represented and celebrated at these places, where people from varied backgrounds gather for food, conversation, and community engagement.
